School Nurse’s Mental Health Toolkit

Thank you for participating!

Your feedback helps us better support school nurses like you when addressing student mental health concerns.

Purpose of the surveys

The pre- and post-surveys help us evaluate whether specific educational tools can improve school nurses’ comfort in caring for students’ mental health. Your feedback will help us improve these materials for broader use.

What happens next?

The data collected from surveys will be analyzed to determine the effectiveness of the materials. No personal identifiers will be used in any reports or publications. If you seek educational credit, the minimum information to obtain this will be shared with the Virginia Association of School Nurses. Pooled results may be shared in academic journals, presentations, or professional development settings to inform future training and resource development for school nurses.

Confidentiality reminder

Your responses will remain confidential and securely stored. Any identifying information will be removed from transcripts or reports. If you opted to participate in an interview, only anonymized quotes may be used in study findings.
